Everything was good! The staff were both affable and very welcoming. The service was absolutely exceptional! Besides, there was parking on-site. The location was really handy as it was near restaurants and bars. There was a good restaurant, shopping centres and a market next door.

New Haven Motel is a fantastic property situated in the Waitakere district, conveniently near the train station and excellent shops. the hotel's prime location makes it easy to access a variety of stores. the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the owner adds to the warm atmosphere.

Loved the neat apartment with a separate bedroom, felt like we were home. the hotel was just next door to shopping malls, restaurants, Lynn Mall, and trains and buses. - Popped into Black Salt for shots before sleep, not too far away from the venue.

Great value for money! The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with plenty of blankets and opening windows. The location was convenient and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. The staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in, were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing a heater in our room when our original booking wasn't available.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more options for breakfast items.
